Generic tools were designed for office workflows and retrofitted onto the field. ProSite is built field-first: workers land directly on their tasks and update progress in two taps, while permissions, materials and reporting mirror how construction teams actually operate. It's one integrated system for projects, tasks, materials, schedules and shifts — not a desk tool with a mobile app stapled on.
Only people who log in need a seat. Managers pay the full rate; employees — crew who use the app to work their assigned tasks and shifts — cost a fraction of that. Field workers who never sign in don't need a seat at all: they live on your roster, show up on schedules, shifts and reports, and are free within your plan's limits. For a typical crew, that's the difference between paying for everyone on site and paying for the handful who actually use the software.
No. Workers open the app and land straight on their assigned tasks. Updating status and posting a progress note takes two taps. The worker experience is deliberately fast and shallow — most crews are productive on day one.
ProSite is online-first today and assumes reasonably stable mobile data on site — that's an honest answer, not a feature we'll oversell. Robust offline support is on our roadmap. If connectivity is a hard requirement for your sites, tell us during your pilot so we can prioritise accordingly.
Yes. Every paid workspace gets your company logo and its own dedicated, branded space (e.g. prosites.app/w/yourcompany), so the app feels like your own system. Full white-labelling and a custom domain are available on Enterprise.
